ii MOETGAGE INTEREST RATE

  • ・融資金額:8000万円(購入価格100%)※90%以上の場合、高金利。
  • ・返済期間:最長35年(完済時の年齢80歳以下)
  • ・条件:本人が住む。申し込時点で70歳未満
  • ・繰越返済:窓口100万円以上、ネット10万円以上
  • ※保証人や保証料不要、繰越返済の手数料は無料、親子リレー完済可
